If Sold Out Weekend isn't right for you, you can get a full refund within 14 days of purchase. You don't need to give a reason, and you don't need to send anything back.

How to request a refund

  1. Find the Gumroad receipt email you got when you bought the kit.
  2. Reply to it within 14 days of your purchase date and say you'd like a refund.
  3. We'll issue a full refund of the purchase price through Gumroad, usually within 2 business days.

When you'll see the money

Refunds go back to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it can take 5 to 10 business days to appear on your statement.

After a refund

Once refunded, your license to use the kit ends. Please delete the files.

After 14 days

Requests after 14 days aren't covered by the guarantee, but if something went wrong (for example, a file won't open), get in touch and we'll help.
